Hard-Hitting Intro

You quote Philippians 4:13 when you need encouragement.
You post it when life gets hard.
You say, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
But let’s be honest…
Are you really doing it through Christ…
or are you just trying to survive on caffeine, pressure, pride, and your own exhausted strength?
Because some of us love the part that says, “I can do all things…”
But we skip the part that says, “through Christ.”
We want the strength.
We want the breakthrough.
We want the endurance.
We want the victory.
But we do not always want the surrender that comes with it.
You keep trying to carry what Christ never asked you to carry alone.
You keep trying to fix what Christ asked you to bring to Him.
You keep trying to prove you are strong…
when Jesus is inviting you to admit you are weak without Him.
And maybe the reason you are so tired is not because the assignment is impossible.
Maybe you are tired because you are trying to do a Christ-sized assignment with human-sized strength.
Philippians 4:13 is not permission to chase everything you want.
It is the promise that Christ will strengthen you to endure everything He allows.
It is not a hustle verse.
It is not a pride verse.
It is not a “look what I can do” verse.
It is a surrender verse.
It is Paul saying:
I know how to be low.
I know how to be blessed.
I know how to have plenty.
I know how to go without.
I know how to keep trusting.
I know how to keep obeying.
I know how to keep standing.
Not because I am strong enough…
but because Christ strengthens me.
So this reset is not about pretending you are powerful.
It is about finally admitting where your real strength comes from.
Because you can keep saying, “I can do all things.”
But the real question is…
are you doing them through Christ…
or are you still trying to do them without Him?
