Thai Food - Kuay Tiew Nuer Nam Tok (Boat Noodle Soup with Beef Balls) [Unboxing HD ASMR]

Hi Everybody,

In this video, I enjoy a delicious and piping hot bowl of Thai Boat Noodle Soup with beef balls. I bought it to-go from a place called Thaitanium in Laguna Hills, California. Which, is my favorite (and imo the best) Thai restaurant in this area. My brief review and description can be read in my previous/first video about them here: https://youtu.be/n93OgFdwFYo

Their version they gave me used very thick and wide rice noodles. I usually prefer yellow egg noodles (because they have more chew to them) or thinner rice noodles; but, these didn't disappoint. They were very slippery and made it difficult for them to stay put on the fork and also film it at the same time. So, maybe a soup spoon would be a better option the next time for me. As for the broth, (although much more spicy than I wanted it to be) I liked it very much. It was very deep in flavor, spicy and complex from the many seasonings, chilis, sauces and beef parts used to create it. It had hints of blood, star anise and other various indgredients I could only guess at best what they exactly were. The toppings included chewy and densely textured beef balls, a couple small chunks of braised beef brisket and fresh coriander/cilantro.

I cannot say this was the very best Boat Noodles I've had in my life. Maybe because of the braised beef brisket: I would've liked to have a little more of it, for it to be in bigger chunks that are more tender and fatty. But, at that point, I'm just nit-picking. In the end, I still enjoyed this dinner of Boat Noodle Soup greatly. It was quite satisfying and delicious.
