3.000 HP Mitsubishi Evo 9 (5.2 sec. World Record)

yesterday we made a test, our new evo ix setup, mostly to see the new turbo and the carbon fiber compressor wheel in action, and set the car before we leave for the a foreign drag strip.
So we made 3 passes total. We couldnt raise the boost more or to make a full pass as the traction after 1/8 mile was not efficient for this kind of power and was too dangerous. We manage to get 5.4, 5,3, 5.2 sec @ 1/8 mile. 1.28, 1,25, 1,24sec 60ft and 8.3, 8.2 1/4 leaving the throttle 820ft - 950ft. and trap speed 117mph, and 146mph as used the brakes before the finish line.

We are ready now for Malta drag strip to see what this 1.8ltr engine can do.
