Dead Black (Heart of Ice) by Soul Remnants - Full Band FC #3546

So we got this earlier tonight second try. How the actual fuck. I don't even know what else to say, other than the consistency of the gentlemen involved in this FBFC is second to none. We also figured that this would make for a good starter to a two-part interview for our friend Gal, who joined us locally here with other friends to get this and many other awesome songs! I personally think that this is the best local FBFC that we've done, or perhaps that has been done in general. Anyway, I'll get right into it. Shoutout to Travis for providing the questions, and Randa for lending us her account to get this fantastic accomplishment.

1. How long have you been rhythm gaming?
I started playing GHWT when a friend of mine got it at the beginning of 2009, and got the game for myself for PS2 at July of 2009. Been in love (for the most part) ever since

2. What is your favorite chart to play on any instrument?
So hard to pick, and it depends on whether I'm trying to FC or not, but overall I think it'd be Alaska on drums and Firefight on guitar. I really can't think of a favorite in the good ol' GH games, but it should be known that I love playing a lot of songs on that game too.

3. What is your second favorite color?
Brown

4. What is your proudest rhythm gaming accomplishment?
I think Matt and Ben already gave a similar wonderful answer, but I'm definitely most proud that from being a super big fanboy of the team back around 5 years ago, I got to meet a great amount of incredible people, some still active and some are not, that I would consider close friends to any degree. I think the fact that I finally got to make the trip to the US in order to have some of the best times with the friends I made is a great closure to this chapter, and I'm definitely proud I could make such a dream to become real life experience. And it was amazing. Even trying to pick specifically a rhythm gaming accomplishment feels impossible, as I love most of what I get and got to do, but some highlights solo wise would be Dillinger Escape Plan Full Artist OMBFC, Bland Street Bloom OMBFC or All Bodies OMBFC, and Full Band wise would be Vicarious FBFC, Do You Feel Like We Do, and this very FBFC

5. What's your worst ever choke?
My worst choke has to be Telos on pro drums in the last 5 seconds, especially due to how much I love the song as well as how the choke wasn't redeemed to this day

6. Why is Alomomola your favorite Pokemon?
Ugh. Let it be known that Alomomola, other than the palindromic name, is one of my most hated pokemon. I hate pokemon who's only purpose is sit around and stall the oppontent. Special shoutout to Umberon and Mega Sableye

7. A man who lives on the tenth floor takes the elevator down to the first floor every morning and goes to work. In the evening, when he comes back; on a rainy day, or if there are other people in the elevator, he goes to his floor directly. Otherwise, he goes to the seventh floor and walks up three flights of stairs to his apartment.  Can you explain why?
I actually couldn't explain why, and I cracked my head for a solid 20 minutes about it. Luckily Google is a good friend, and thus searching "man elevator stairs question" worked. I feel even stupider that after reading the answer, I remembered that I've heard this question years ago. 8. You've been an integral part of ERG over the years and I respect your amazing skills as one of the best multi ever and your never ending enthusiasm is legendary. Is there a moment you can pick out as your favorite over the years?
I appreciate the super kind words friend, definitely means a lot. In regards to a favorite moment, I can definitely remember September 14th, Friday Morning when I woke up to see the ERG recruitment results video. My PS3 GT was one of the last ones to appear, and it was such a relief seeing it. I was super joyful as a just a random player around to think of all the new and super skillful people I can play with, as well as songs I want to do. Definitely a moment of true happiness, that in hindsight did have a huge impact on my life, starting a new chapter, as cliche as it probably sounds. Seeing as I'm typing this very answer in the same room as some of the people I met during this chapter, I feel like I'm not exaggerating.
