What is more Texan than smoked queso?!?! My friend Doug introduced to me to his Smoked Queso at the Houston Rodeo World BBQ Championship and now I can't stop making it! This stuff is easy to make and so addicting! It has one unique ingredient, cream of mushroom, that is key to the recipe. And don't get scared, because this dip won't come out tasting like mushroom soup. We hope you enjoy!
