what I eat in a week ep. 1| pescatarian + intermittent fasting
omg hey gems! this kinda video is different from my usual but i'm trying to step into the lifestyle side of youtube! for those that don't know, 2 years ago I was pescatarian for 8 months and lost 10 pounds by just eating mindfully! you can modify these meals to make them vegan, vegetarian, keto, flexitarian, whatever you want. food is fashion, make it what you want.
eating mindfully: enjoying things in moderation and being cautious of portions and calorie dense foods
pescatarian: the only meat i consumed this week was fish/seafood
intermittent fasting: eating between the hours of noon (12pm-8pm) had tea in the mornings before i did yoga

overall i consumed around 1200 calories a day!
i recommend using supplements for fiber, iron, potassium and other nutrients that you may not consume in all your foods daily!
wear a mask. all black lives matter everyday. take care of yourself.. you only get one vessel for your beautiful soul. peace.
Ingredient Lists :
pita pizza
- pita bread + pizza sauce
- sweet + red onion + spinach
- fresh mozzarella + 4 cheese italian
- red robin's + italian seasoning
- shrimp (optional)
avocado toast
- artesano bread + 1/2 avocado
- creole seasoning + pepper
- red chili peppers
sauteed kale (collard green dupe)
- kale greens
- minced garlic
- 1/4 diced sweet onion (actually like it without onions more)
- chicken/vegetable broth
- creole seasoning + pepper
- cap full of white vinegar (for acidity)
- 1 tbsp raw cane sugar (for bitterness/not pictured)

protein shakes:
- frozen banana
- orgain organic superfood protein powder (vanilla bean)
- oat/almond milk
- any frozen fruit combos (try some fresh avocado too, yum)
{ my personal fav combo is strawberry + banana with chocolate syrup!)

- fresh fruits (i had pineapple, grapes, plums, etc)
- chips & guac
- cucumber/peppers and hummus
