Building a DUTCH DOOR for my TINY CABIN on Wheels - OFF GRID CABIN

This video is part nine of a series showing how I built my Tiny Cabin on Wheels. In this video I build a solid wood dutch door with western red cedar as a custom fit for my tiny cabin.

The tiny off grid cabin I'm building is only 50 square feet in size. I'm building it in the style of a vardo caravan (probably one of the historically original types of tiny house on wheels). I'm building this cabin on wheels without any plans other than a rough sketch I did before starting the build.

Although I have a fair amount of woodworking experience, I've never built anything like a tiny cabin before. I thought creating a series might help viewers build their own or at least show what I did. Plus, I think it makes a pretty interesting video.

In the video I use and mention a product called Thixo from TotalBoat. As promised here's a link to where you can find it: https://amzn.to/38J6nTx Thixo is a very convenient epoxy system and its application like using a caulking gun made this job easier compared to trying to used thickened epoxy in a cup and applying using a spreading stick. I've used Thixo epoxy a few times on this build. Really like it.
