Federal budget ‘holistically not so great’ for builders and housing crisis

Master Builders Australia Chief Executive Officer Denita Wawn says the federal budget was “holistically not so great” for builders and the housing crisis.

“The builders wanted some level of certainty – they wanted reduction in costs, and they wanted increasing capacity,” she told Sky News Australia.

“We got a little bit of it, but holistically not so great.”
