here is a film of how to sound shoegaze with cheap guitar pedals. in this tutorial, i use the boss bd-2 blues driver overdrive, boss dd-20 delay, electro harmonix holy grail max, electro harmonix small clone chorus & behringer dd400 delay to make various pedalboards that make shoegaze & dream pop live instrumentals. some shoegaze bands to check out are my bloody valentine, slowdive, diiv & pinkshinyultrablast. some other effects that could be used in the genre are fuzz, distortion, tremolo & wah. in this demo, i used a fender kurt cobain jaguar electric guitar live & amp used is a roland jc-40. all music is original.
