Hello! Today I’m sharing the story of my ADHD diagnosis and everything that led me to seek out a diagnosis and treatment. For years I struggled with my unmanaged symptoms and thought I was incapable of keeping my life together. Once I found out the cause it empowered me to do research and educate myself on ways I could better manage my disorder. I hope you guys enjoy this video, I’m very nervous to be putting my story out for the world to see but if I can help at least one person out, it will be all worth it!
