Tracking China's wandering elephants on their 500km journey across Yunnan province

Authorities in China have been monitoring a herd of 15 Asian elephants wandering across Yunnan province. A system utilising a series of drone and infrared cameras to track the elephants in real-time has been put in place. The technology helps to warn authorities when the herd gets too close to populated areas.
