Watches I Gifted My Groomsmen - Hamilton Khaki Field, Yema Rallygraf, Casio G-SHOCK, Citizen

Reasons for choosing these watches:

For the G-Shock, I gave the GM2100's to two of my groomsmen because one friend wasn't into watches, so I thought I would give him an easy, set it and forget it watch to wear. He doesn't have to worry about the power reserve dying and resetting the time. He also dresses casual most of the time and this watch suited his attire.

For my second friend who also received the G-Shock, I wanted to get him a quartz watch for sure. He seems to have a tough time remembering to keep his Citizen Eco-Drive watch charged under a light source. So I thought getting him a stylish quartz watch would work best for him. Plus, he travels a lot, and this watch seems to be a good companion for him as he can bang it up and get it wet without any worry.

I gave the Yema to my other friend because he really likes chronographs. He mostly wears sneakers and sweatpants, so this watch seemed like a good fit. It has a very sporty vibe to it. Plus, this has been his lucky watch when he goes gambling so he never leaves this behind when he goes to the casinos.

The Citizen was a watch that my friend was already interested in. He spotted this watch on another friend of mine and made a comment on how he liked it. He’s in academia so the leather strap and the champagne dial will look great in that environment.

Last but not least, the Hamilton Khaki Field was chosen for my other friend because he is a watch enthusiast like myself. He has a solid collection of expensive mechanical watches so I wanted to get him a beater that was also mechanical as he would appreciate the functionality. Plus, he’s had a couple of Hamilton watches before and so I know he’s fond of their designs.
