Professor Dan Anderson speaks on the various reasons one might have to learn martial arts - including self defense.
Professor Anderson is the director and chief instructor of Anderson Martial Arts in Gresham, Oregon. He holds a 9th degree black belt in karate and an 8th degree black belt in Filipino Martial Arts. Prof. Anderson is a 4 time national karate champion. He has authored numerous books on the martial arts including, “American Freestyle Karate: A Guide To Sparring” which has been in print for 30 years.
