Cinematic Lighting for a Medium Shot - Tutorial

In this video I'll attempt to dissect the word Cinematic and then proceed to light a medium shot using techniques that could be defined as such. Using three basic concepts I will give you a foundation to approach any lighting scenario. Then I'll ruin the whole thing by going wild with a fog machine.
