How To: Toga's Blood Sucking Machine

I'm often asked where I got my gear for my Toga cosplay and the short answer is I made it myself, but here's a slightly longer explanation on what I did to make it.

I do apologize for the lack of energy in this video. I've been bugged so much about making a tutorial for this despite how often I've said
no that I'm hoping this will at least please the masses who don't know how to use the google search bar. I WILL NOT make an in depth tutorial on this gear EVER unless I am commissioned to make the gear again.
