Having just read Brené Brown's book entitled, Daring Greatly, I was so excited to attend The Brené Brown Daring Way workshop, facilitated by Dr. Jodi Larry.
Covering important topics like shame, vulnerability, authenticity, courage, fear, self compassion, gratitude and so much more, this workshop really makes you take stock of where you are in your life, and is based on the individual belief that everyone is worthy of love and belonging, and that they are enough - just as they are right now.
