Los Angeles California is such a beautiful place, I have always found it to be one of the most beautiful places in America. However lately, things have taken a change for the worse. The real estate market, business market, economy and more are heading for disaster. Real Estate prices here are soon going to likely plummet due to all of the new business regulation. They recently increased minimum wage making it more expensive for business owners to keep their lights on and now they want to tax you every single mile that you drive. This Insane bill would destroy California, small business owners and property values in most areas.
