LPA 92W has just passed over the coastal waters of Catanduanes, now heading towards the open waters of the Central Philippine Sea. Rains and thunderstorms still likely over some parts of the Bicol Region today. The possibility of becoming a Tropical Depression within the next 06 to 24 hours remains high.
