Took the day off teaching for Bottlerock! #teachershorts #comewithme #teachers

Come with me to Bottlerock in Napa, California. This weekend I called in a sub and took Friday off to go to the music festival. My sister who is also a teacher and I went together. My ears are sensitive so of course I had to wear earplugs. We were so hungry when we got there, we headed straight to the culinary garden where they had an insane amount of food vendors. They also had the William Sonoma stage where they did food demonstrations. I watched Flavor Flave try some food and Chef Morimoto deconstruct a tuna. We also checked out this punk band called Bad Nerves from the UK. I really liked them! Then we wandered over to the main stage where my friends set up a blanket in the blankets only area. Then the highlight of the day for me was Sublime. After that, we saw Greenday who was the headliner. My 5th grade teacher introduced me to Green Day so it kind of felt like this full circle moment! Ok bye!
