On March 24, The Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics at Harvard Law School hosted a debate on whether the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is constitutional. The event featured spirited debate among the nation's three leading constitutional law scholars, Harvard Law School Professors Fried and Tribe were joined by Georgetown's Professor Barnett.
