Saifuddin: Immigration officer right to question applicant's language proficiency
Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail has defended the Johor UTC immigration officer for questioning an applicant's lack of proficiency in the Malay language when renewing her passport.
He was responding to a reporter who asked for his comment on a viral posting of a woman who ranted online and got bashed by netizens instead.
