Ex-Oceangate engineer defends controversial carbon fibre in deep sea sub | 60 Minutes Australia

Tony Nissen, who worked closely with Stockton Rush as chief engineer of Oceangate from 2016 to 2019, to build the Titan's carbon fibre hull, claims the failures of the company that ultimately led to the implosion of the Titanic-bound submersible was not technical, but cultural.
