How to Catch and Throw a Lax Ball for Beginners

In this video, we will show you the proper steps on how to catch and throw a lacrosse ball in only four easy steps!

STEP NUMBER ONE
-opposite foot of dominant hand steps in front of the other and make sure it is pointed towards your target

STEP NUMBER TWO
-dominant hand at the top of the stick
-elbows bent slightly
-bring stick back to shoulder
-follow through to your target

STEP NUMBER THREE
-feet are in an athletic stance
-spread slightly apart
-facing your thrower

STEP NUMBER FOUR
-dominant hand is at the top
-stick is facing the thrower
-catch the ball and protect
-ball=fragile
