Quake - Nehahra - The Tides of War (Expansion) [All Secrets]

semi-official expansion for the Nehahra mod. Has some pretty good level design, shame it's so short. The resurrection artifacts don't work on Mark V though, making their gimmick in the second map's secrets worthless, so you need to use the flying artifact (which is really fun, actually) to get them.
Also, music. It doesn't work. Shame.
