My husband cooks Caribbean style stew chicken. He makes the best Caribbean style stew chicken. Coming from a West Indian background, with a Trinidadian father, I grew up on Caribbean food. So, it's definitely a pleasure that Sam enjoys cooking and eating Caribbean dishes as well. Check out Sam's Caribbean flavor.
