Pumpkin Pie in 5 minutes| The Experiment Kitchen ™

hello lovelies!
Today's recipe is a sweet delight that is so easy and quick to make!

Ingredients:
Crust:
-1/4 cup crushed biscuits
-1/4 cup flour
-2 tbsp brown sugar
-3 tbsp melted butter

Filling:
-1 cup milk
-1 cup pumpkin puree (i used fresh)
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-2 egg yolks
-1 tsp cinnamon
-pinch of ginger powder
-pinch of salt

directions are as on video.
Bake crust for 8mins
Bake pie for 30 mins or until set. Test with a toothpick.

Serve with whipped cream or Ice cream.
