HELLO EVERYONE IT TOOK ME SO LONG BUT HERE WE ARE FINALLY!
here's my what i eat in a week.
also, this video is inspired by @lindasunyt 's videos! id be surprised if you were watching this and hadn't seen at least one of hers. they r so so amazing and talk about really good topics, please go check out her vids if you liked mine and haven't seen any of hers yet!x

yoga classes: i ALWAYS do Aditi Shah 45min power yoga or 30min yoga flow on the peloton app. I'll also do 10min yoga basics to practise certain poses.

Recipes:
Oats:
-40g oats
-150ml brewed plain coffee (it goes good with chocolate protein powder, i havent tried with another flavour yet) (or water/milk, also add as much as you like until you reach your preferred consistency)
-sprinkling of cinnamon
-scoop of preferred protein powder (i use chocolate) (add once oats are cooked and have rested for 5 mins)
-toppings of choice (i recommend fruit/ cinnamon apples/ peanut butter/ crumbled biscuits etc.)
