Bill Bellamy Remembers Aaliyah, the Princess of R&B

Wednesday marks 20 years since the singer Aaliyah, the Princess of R&B, was killed along with eight others in a plane crash.  

BNC is honoring her with special coverage of her life, legacy and lasting impact on music. Comedian and actor Bill Bellamy joins "BNC Live" with Tashanea Whitlow to discuss Aaliyah and her legacy. He interviewed the late singer in 1995 and he says his fondest memory of her is when she taught him how to dance. Bellamy says despite her young age, she had mature qualities about her and she was gifted.
