Faith is the substance of things hoped for but the EVIDENCE of things not seen. This is not about visualization or mental assent but about putting confidence in God. That means you must deactivate your normal way of operating and put trust in Him. Only believe, that's all.. nothing more.. Faith simply means to have confidence, and you dont have confidence and worry at the same time. So dont doubt and no need to keep saying the same prayer and negging God through unbelief.
