The Rarest Star In the Universe Spotted for the First Time Ever

For the first time ever astronomers have spotted one of the rarest stars ever. Situated in the constellation of Cassiopeia about 10,000 light years from Earth. This star emits on in infrared and is surrounded by a fast nebula. It's solar winds are more than 8 times stronger than the ones produced by the largest stars. So how did this star for and can it be explained within an Electric Universe?
