This video will show you how to assemble lightsfever LED Bobo balloons for use with air or helium. If you use air they won't float but there are many other create ways to use these to decorate. This product is ideal for wedding party decorations, birthdays and various event party decorations.

NOTE:
Bobo balloons are made from a material with less elasticity than regular balloons and require more strength (elbow grease) to stretch them out and pump them up. Also you will need to get a helium tank, handheld balloon pump, or electric balloon pump to use these.
