AKAI Force vs. Maschine Plus - Is the Akai Force the most slept on device of 2020?

First off, a disclaimer. I still LOVE my Maschine. I'm a Native Instruments fanboy for life and will continue using my Maschine MK3, but I'm definitely pretty high on the Force right now. Okay, with that out of the way...Ever since it came out I've been keeping an eye on the Akai Force. For a while, it has seemed like a great idea that just wasn't quite there. Well, that ship has sailed with the new 3.0.6 update. This, my friends, is officially a DAW in a box. The completely free and open arranger is everything so many of us have been waiting for for over 20 years. Let's dive in and I'll tell you what I love about it, how it differs from the MK3 and Maschine Plus, and I'll even show you how I made my first song on it within just about 7 or 8 hours since turning it on for the first time.
