Loc Detox on Colored Locs

My hair finally had a bath!!! After 4.5 years into this Loc journey, I did my FIRST #locdetox. My hair was nasty and I was afraid the color would be stripped off. But it didn’t. I’ll upload the full video to YouTube.com/nateah this week!

I used @thelocmaven acv cleansing shampoo
• a little bit of dawn
• 2 gallons of hot water (2/3 of the kitchen sink
• 2/3 cup of baking soda
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1 cup of Apple cider Vinegar
• some sea salt.
I opened up the Loc first (to expose the dirt) then shampooed it, soaked then shampooed it again with a moisturizing shampoo.
