Uploaded for a second time; the first one was muted by YouTube because it included a 20-second audio clip from Dire Straits' MONEY FOR NOTHING. So, I've done us all a favour (having since discovered this was so) and removed it from the piece. You lose nothing by its absence. In fact, I think life is enhanced by its removal.
