DAY OFF FROM WORK: losing weight + getting sane

Today I had a rare day off from work on a week day and WE GET REAL. I tell you about my new healthy diet, take you to the gym, talk about my last controversial video that people were not happy with (lol), and even show you MY FAVORITE ORDER AT MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT.
