Today's video is the beginning of my journey to my natural color hair at this point in my life. It's a journey ....I am NOT cutting my hair off to achieve white/gray hair faster, I also will not be adding highlights to my already dry hair...this would only damage the hair. Thank you to all the amazing women who may not agree but still support another women's choice. And to ALL of you who just support other women...THANK YOU!! What is important to know ( or be prepared for ) is that you will feel unattractive, unkempt , like you have lost your mind...it is all normal...JUST DO NOT ALLOW the feelings or thoughts of other women slow you down...GO FOR IT! Eat healthy fats , keep your diet clean...GET your VIT D !! I am also very familiar with Jack Martin Hair colorist, what many do not understand that doing his process ( although Beautiful ) also requires a lot of upkeep!
