Marugame Seimen is popular Udon Noodles chain in Japan. The feature is very chewy Udon noodles. They released new type of Udon noodles series 'Shake Udon'. Shaking udon is not only fun but also makes it more tasty by mixing the udon noodles with the ingredients.
