Sit for Peace- Mindfulness Meditation

Today's meditation is a little story time- about my journey into stillness and peace. Day 59 of my 100 day challenge.
Inspired by the Walk For Peace, I asked myself- what can I do to create more peace for myself and my community. I got the idea to create a personal, 100 day challenge. Every day, for 100 days, I will sit for 1 hour in Mindfulness Practice with the intention of bringing peace into my heart and the hearts of all beings. Today is day 59.
