40 MINUTE RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT - During quarantine, we may not all have access to dumbbells, but there are many resistance bands available (check my Amazon links in my bio). This is a great band workout that you can do anywhere! I have 3 different strength moves followed by a cardio hiit move to keep the heart rate up!

Format: 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest
Workout:
Bentover wide row
Seated Narrow row
Lunge lat pulldown
Frog squats
x3
Squat pulse sequence 1,2,3,4 etc
Row tricep kickback
Lying bicep curl
Travelling ice skaters
x3
Glute kickback
Lateral/front pulse
Wood chopper
In-n-out squat jump
