Choco Chip Oatmeal Cookies | No Flour, No Butter, No Egg

INGREDIENTS:
Measurement for 10-12 cookies
-1 Cup oats flour
-1 Cup rolled oats
- ¼ Cup + 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
-1 Tsp baking powder
-1/4 Tsp salt
-1/3 Cup coconut oil
-1 Tsp vanilla extract
-3-4 Tbsp milk
- ¼ Cup chocolate chips/ Chopped dry fruits
-Grind 1 Cup + 1 Tbsp oats to get 1 cup oats flour
-In a larger mixing bowl take the oats flour, rolled oats, baking powder, salt and mix them well. Then add coconut oil, vanilla extract, milk and combine everything together. Lastly add the chocolate chips/chopped dry fruits and mix.
-Let the dough chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
-Meanwhile pre-heat your oven to 350℉ (175℃). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
-Take out the dough and make dough balls. Press them with a spatula to give them cookie shape.
-Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned.
-Allow to cool 5-10 minutes on the baking tray then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
-Serve immediately or store them in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
