Ninja woodfire griddle plate unboxing and first use

Hello friends! I am so glad you're here because you make my day brighter. I ordered the Ninja woodfire griddle top and a side table for the Ninja woodfire stand, which sadly did not work for my stand. Maybe I need to read before adding to cart next time. I was crushed that the table didn't work out, it would have been cool. Anyways, we are going to make a basic grilled cheese sandwich as our first test on the griddle top.
