Fully Booked And Yet Magnificent

*** TODAY'S PUZZLE ***
We've had loads of recommendations to have a crack at this logic puzzle (not sudoku!) - it's called Fully Booked and it's by MicroStudy. It's a quite lovely mash-up of Fillomino and Numbered Rooms that is interesting from start to finish.

Rules:
The entire grid is comprised of an inner 9x9 grid and the areas (of non-black cells) where outside clues are to be placed by the solver. Divide the entire grid into regions of orthogonally-connected cells such that no two regions of the same size share an edge. Enter a number into each cell equal to the size of its region (ie the number of cells it contains). Regions can contain cells from both the inner 9x9 grid and the outside area. Numbers outside the 9x9 grid are valid “Numbered Rooms” clues. Ie A clue indicates the number that appears in the Nth cell of the clue's direction (inside the 9x9 grid) where N is the digit next to the clue in that direction.

Eg if the cell to the left of the given 2 contained a 6 then 6 must be placed in the cell to the right of that 2 (because this is the 2nd cell in the 9x9 grid from that direction).
