If you're anywhere near Tupelo, #Mississippi, make sure you stop in and eat at Clay's House of Pig. They call it C.H.O.P. for short. GREAT barbecue in an authentic atmosphere. The place started out as a bait shack but now it's one of the best places to get barbecue pork in the State of Mississippi.
