This dives deep into what my experience with first girlfriend was like: mainly the bad and the ugly due to how little I took it seriously which caused me to make plenty of careless mistakes and break a lot of trust. Never getting back together with her but I remain friends with her to this day so I am very lucky. Overall, we've both moved on at this point, all is forgiven, and I now know what not to do while in a relationship. Hope this inspires others to do better as well.

Update: we're no longer friends and she's no longer in my life. She chose it and I ensured it (by cutting her off before she could do so to me) because she disrespected my wishes for her to have a better boyfriend than I was (specifically when she wanted to cut contact for her new boyfriend) by saying, "I don't care." Not so lucky after all, but I don't regret knowing her regardless. I learned a lot from it and because of this song I might could make a lot from it.
