Huge celebration for the Philippines as Trese, a Filipino-created masterpiece by Budjette Tan and Kajo Baldisimo, is now a Netflix Anime Original Series that will be shown worldwide. Bilang Indepence Day, this will be my tribute to both our country's milestones and to our beautiful and rich (at times dark) culture.
