Getting close to Scoters. Bird photography in Vancouver.

The first of four films I made during a winter visit to Vancouver, Canada over Christmas and New Year. Vancouver is known for the wildlife in its city and how tame it is. Great place to photograph birds.

White Rock has the longest pier in Canada and is an excellent place to get close to Surf and White-winged scoters. These images are taken over three visits. I kept going back hoping for better light.

All the stills pictures are taken with the OM-1 camera and the 150-400mm lens. Most of the video using the Lumix GH6.
