Battle of Shiloh, Duncan Field | Part 9

The Confederate Army was holding its own on the right as William "Bull" Nelson's division slammed into them, but the two Union Armies, the Army of the Tennessee and the Army of the Ohio, were engaging with the rest of the Confederate battle line. In the center, near the Hornet's Nest from the day before, the two sides battled it out. Union General McCook and Confederate General Breckinridge threw their divisions at one another and it erupted in horrible bloodshed.
