The Final Walk Through Before Closing

The last thing to do before signing documents at the closing is house is the walk-through. This walk-through is 2 hours before the scheduled closing and actually took about 50 minutes. This is a good guideline of what to do at a walk-through but each home is different. Be sure to review your inspection report which should list items to inspect on the final walk through.
