Our Guest Bedroom Makeover | Before and After | Luxury Interior Design

This guest room felt really small and cramped before I put my touch on it. We knew we didn't have much space to work with so we replaced the half / pony wall with a full glass window that has a beautiful view of the living room below. We opted for star fire glass which doesn't have that green tint you see with cheaper glass giving us a really polished and clean look.

We also have a problem with the closet as it was filling up a lot of real estate. We ended up going with a half closet / half built-in desk which is the exact size of a travel suitcase! It also makes for a great desk for a young family member when we decide to convert it to a children's room. The remaining closet space is enough for a traveller or child with a small cubby below.

For the rest of the space, we decorated it with a familiar tribal theme seen throughout the condo. We wanted to choose a different colour theme and went with a vibrant yellow. This guest room is one of our favourite as it's versatile for so many future uses and really goes to show with some careful planning you can make use of even the smallest spaces.
