Shout-out to the owner for showing us his property which allows most of us to learn from it.
From the entrance of Damansara Damai, The Vale is located another 15 mins driving upwards to the highland, aka Sutera Damansara. Enclaved within the trees, these townhouses can enjoy the peace and serenity.
What I really enjoy in this episode would be the theory of location is relative. The traffic may be the biggest obstacle for most buyers but this owner has a flexible working hour. This property may not exactly be the best investment but it's a really good product for ownstay. And the price for the property size and address is just worth it.
However, the structural design can be improved where areas such as the kitchen and the 2nd bedroom. Although the size is big but it's just very hard to utilize it. We also can observe the behaviour of old-school investors where they just buy and leave the property there for several years. This results in the unit's facade which requires lots of maintenance works.
